Coaching Session Notes

We sometimes use secure AI tools to generate or structure these summaries, but they are stored securely within our protected coaching database and are only accessible to your coach and essential authorised BU Happiness College staff.
We keep these notes to ensure continuity between sessions, to maintain accurate records of your coaching journey, and to uphold the professional duty of care expected in evidence-based wellbeing support. Your coaching notes are not shared with other members, external practitioners, or third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
