About the Freshman Year: Term 3 Course
Term 3 is where your happiness work becomes part of your everyday life. You’ll explore modern mindfulness, self-care systems, gratitude practices, nervous-system regulation tools, burnout prevention strategies, and healthy foundations for sleep, nutrition, and movement. Each module is designed to help you understand your body and mind, respond wisely to stress, and build habits that replenish your energy rather than drain it. By the end of this term, you’ll have a personalised wellbeing toolkit that supports you in staying steady, grounded, and genuinely well; not just on the good days, but on the challenging ones too.
