Happy Words from Happy People

We're know that learning the skills and science of happiness is the key to living a fulfilling life. But don't just take our word for it. Here's what some of our members and graduates have to say.

I just turned 33 and I am proud of how much growth I have made in the past 12 months at BU Happiness College. The skills I have learned can be applied to family, friends, the workplace and romantic relationships. I can already see the positive changes in all settings. No matter what career path you’re on, BU Happiness College will be a worthy investment. You can justify the cost, if you value your happiness. Invest in yourself. You’re worth it.
Vanessa Pek

Perth, Australia

I’ve been part of BU for a year now, and in that time as a Freshman I’ve learned so much about how to regulate and manage my own emotions and thoughts, and how to cope with outside stressors. I have been able to take pride in myself over my development as a human being, and in my abilities to accept responsibility for my happiness. I’m about to start my Sophomore year and I’m so excited to continue my BU journey 🤩
Natasha Mills

Hunter Valley, Australia

I have noticed a tremendous shift in the way I think and approach difficult situations. I feel like myself again and no longer a victim to my mind. Thank you, BU!
